When you request a mattress fitting, Charleston Sleep may collect your name, email address, phone number, preferred visit date and time, optional notes, and the mattress recommendation associated with a quiz booking request.

The sleep quiz records comfort preferences in your browser so it can display a recommendation. When you request a fitting from the quiz, the recommendation is included with the contact and scheduling information you submit. The website does not currently collect payment-card information.

The website also uses Google Analytics 4 and Umami analytics. These services may collect technical and usage information such as pages viewed, browser or device information, referral source, and interaction events. Charleston Sleep does not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, form notes, or quiz answers to analytics services.

Charleston Sleep uses submitted information to respond to inquiries, coordinate fitting requests, provide customer service, maintain appropriate business records, protect the website, and understand how visitors use the site.

Submitting a fitting request authorizes Charleston Sleep to contact you about that request using the details you provide. A fitting request is not consent to receive unrelated promotional email or text marketing. Any future marketing program that requires separate consent should use a separate, clearly labeled opt-in.

Booking requests are processed through FormSubmit and delivered to dream@charlestonsleep.com. FormSubmit processes the submitted fields so the request can reach Charleston Sleep. Its handling of information is also governed by its own privacy terms.

Charleston Sleep may use service providers that support website hosting, analytics, email delivery, security, and business operations. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or complete a business reorganization or transfer.

Charleston Sleep does not sell or rent personal information submitted through the website's booking forms.

Analytics tools may use cookies or similar technologies to measure website activity. You can limit cookies through your browser settings. Blocking analytics cookies may change measurement but should not prevent you from viewing the site's public content.

Google provides additional information about its privacy practices and controls through its privacy resources. Umami is also used to measure aggregate website activity.

Charleston Sleep uses reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information. No internet transmission, email system, or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You may contact Charleston Sleep to ask about personal information you submitted through the website or to request a correction or deletion. Some information may be retained when reasonably necessary for legal, security, or recordkeeping purposes.

The website is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. Charleston Sleep does not knowingly request personal information from children through its booking forms.
